Booking an Appointment?

If you’re planning on booking an appointment and you’d prefer to see a particular dentist or Hygienist, please advise us along the way. We will try to keep you with your regular dentist or hygienist whenever possible, but there are times when this can prove difficult. The Keys Dental team will let you know which dentist or Hygienist you will be seeing should this be the case.

There are two things to remember when coming in that will help make yours a comfy visit!

If you are planning to claim through HICAPS with your health fund, please bring your health fund card in with you to your appointment as the physical card holds the information we need on its magnetic strip. Unfortunately, the HICAPS machines don’t support the membership number being entered.
It is a medico-legal requirement that every 12 months we ask that you to complete a new medical questionnaire – even if nothing has changed. It’s just one more way for us to ensure we’re keeping you safe while visiting.
