On the day of your appointment, please present either your physical or digital health fund card so we can process your claim instantly through HICAPS. If you’re unable to provide a valid health fund card, payment will be required in full at the time of your visit. We will then provide you with an itemised invoice, which you can submit directly to your health fund to claim and eligible benefits.
You’ll always receive a treatment plan from your dentist before commencing any treatment. This plan includes a detailed breakdown of your recommended treatment, item numbers, and associated fees. In most cases, our Front Office Coordinators can use either a physical or digital health fund card to provide a health fund estimate, giving you an indication of what your insurer is likely to cover and your expected out-of-pocket expense.
For the most accurate rebate information, we recommend contacting your health fund directly and providing them with your treatment plan. Your rebate and out-of-pocket costs will depend on your individual level of cover.
Please note that our holistic dentists, Dr Karim Azmi, Dr Rosa Paredes, and Dr Noha Moustafa, are not preferred providers for any health fund. Payment is required in full at the time of your appointment. We will provide you with an itemised invoice, which you can submit directly to your health fund to claim any eligible benefits. The rebate you receive will depend on your level of cover. Appointments with our hygiene department can be claimed through HICAPS at the time of your visit, where available.
